Low profile, medical printers have been developed for cost-effective panel mounting use. The 200mm printers have been specifically designed for medical electrocardiograms (ECG) in diagnosing abnormalities of heart action as well as electroencephalograms (EEG) for detecting brain waves. 200mm pinters may offer solutions to other applications requiring continuous, reliable, real-time printing.
These low-cost, highly compact printers can output up to 16 traces of real time data and 16 lines of real time annotation. Text can be printed both vertically and horizontally, and character sets up to 243 characters are available. Standard or user-customized background grids are printed simultaneously with input data. A wide range of printing speeds is available from 50mm/second to 1mm/hr. Print resolution meets diagnostic quality standards of 800 dots per inch. 200mm printers offer a convenient A4/8.5" tray that holds 100 half sheets. 200mm printers meets all applicable sections.
