50mm Thermal Printers:
The new XE-50 printer is our latest 50mm printer from our next generation of cost- effective printer products. This versatile printer is significantly lighter and smaller than other 2-inch products currently available. We have reduced the depth and overall size of the XE-50 printer, while keeping the easy mounting construction of the previous generation. The new XE-50P accepts the 100 foot paper roll (50mm diameter) with the same easy-load feature that is so popular among users. The XE-50P is a small, lightweight, stand-alone 50mm wide printer. It is a versatile printing solution that will work from a line voltage anywhere in the world. The XE-50P communicates directly through the serial port of a PC. This makes it an ideal solution for a PC-based application requiring high speed, high resolution, real- time printing.

The XE-50 offers many new features including trending speeds down to 50mm per hour and two fonts sizes. Other new features include warning messages to notify the user of undesirable conditions, preventing error conditions. In addition, the new XE-50 printer allows less host processor overhead than previous models.
This printer also boasts lower power consumption making it optimal for today's portable applications. The XE-50 communicates through a serial interface at 115,200 bits per second. In recorder mode, it can print up to four simultaneous real-time wave forms along with background grid, text and graphics.
